In addition to our standard sanitization practices, we have added two daily cleanings of high-traffic areas.
All vehicles in sales & service are provided enhanced cleaning and protection services.
Face masks are now optional for vaccinated guests in our showrooms, service centers, and during test drives with Morrie's staff.
Disposable masks are available for customers as needed.
Morrie’s employees are expected to keep a distance of 6 feet from other employees and customers whenever possible.
Morrie’s is offering unlimited sick time during these challenging times to ensure our employees can follow protocols and safety measures if they feel sick or have been exposed.
Team members are mandated to stay home if they feel ill and must be 48-hours symptom and fever-free before returning.
We have provided thermometers to each department and instituted daily temperature checks.
Team members are required to take their temperature before clocking in and must report anything over 99.8.
Morrie’s employees are expected to practice regular and effective handwashing at least once an hour.
Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout our Showrooms and Service Centers.

Q: What changes should I expect from my regular Morrie’s shopping experience?
A: You can expect the same great customer service and one-on-one consultation that you have always received from Morrie’s Auto Group, with a few notable changes.
- We require our employees to follow a mirroring rule, meaning if you are wearing a mask, our employees are wearing a mask. Our employees will always ask what your mask preference is so that you can feel safe and comfortable with your experience at Morrie's.
- Plexiglass shields and social distancing floor signage has been implemented where appropriate.
- We are providing socially distanced waiting areas for service and will provide additional accommodations as requested.
- You now have more options for both sales and service. If you are not comfortable coming into the dealership, we will come to you! Speak with a representative to learn more.
Q: I need advice on a purchase or service, but I’m not yet comfortable coming in person. Are there Zero Contact options?
A: Yes! We are more than happy to provide virtual and zero contact consultations and services. From Shopping Online with Home Delivery and Test Drives Delivered to your Door to Concierge Pick Up & Delivery for Service, we are ready to serve you however you feel most comfortable. Q: If I’m having my vehicle serviced or shopping with zero contact, will I get the same level of consultation and service?
A: Absolutely! Our sales staff can assist you via virtual video calls, phone or text. We can even help you with financing all from the comfort of your home! Having your vehicle serviced? Our highly skilled staff will send you personalized video presentations of the work being done so that you are kept completely in the loop with full transparency despite the distance.
