My service advisor was Ed Lehman ,and he was very courteous and helpful when I brought my vehicle in for service.
I have worked with Morrie’s Cadillac multiple times for repairs on my vehicle. Ed is super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was with them.
Had an oil change Multipoint inspection completed along with a radiator replacement due to a small antifreeze leak. The service advisor Matthew was very courteous and super friendly. Explained every detail and placed me in a beautiful loner car as I had to leave it for the repair. So nice and convenient to drive in one side of the garage and exit out the other on drop off and pickup. AAA +++ Morries and Matthew!

Bought a 22 Alpina in Feb. Incompetent team. Subpar knowledge of product sold as well as less than professional behaviour and accountability up and down the mgmt chain. My Advice: don't rely on "dealer I owe yous" to get deal done and negotiate everything upfront.
Warranty covered the cost of my repairs and the shop communicated well throughout the process
The team was very hospitable and respectful. The shuttle service was very convenient, punctual, and communicative. I will be returning for any other maintenance needs.

I had a great experience at Morrie’s with DeAndre Coleman. He understood the issues I had and got my vehicle in right away. Morrie’s had the parts that were needed for the repair. DeAndre lined up a shuttle ride so I could grab some lunch while I waited, worked out perfectly the car got done and they came and picked me up and I was on my way in no time. Highly recommend DeAndre and Morrie’s.
I have a 1995 Saab and Morrie's has found parts and ways to make it possible for me to continue to drive my Saab and keep me happy!

My first time at Morrie’s (Bentley of Minneapolis) and I was very impressed with my service advisor Alexsandra Felt! She was always responsive and did a fabulous job keeping me informed during the entire damage and service process. They went out of their way to insure that everything was perfect and that things were done on time. I will be back! (Ok Arnold. lol)

I came in for a recall and oil change. Of course they found other issues. DeAndre was very warm and explained the repair details to me. The weekend attendant was very cold, he didn't greet me and my car wasn't cleaned or washed before or after the service was performed. When you spend this amount of money for repairs, I expect better customer service. I return to this Cadillac dealership because I trust the brand and it's close to where I live and work. Had another great service appointment at Morrie’s Cadillac. DeAndre got all the work completed quickly and everything went smooth. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Morrie’s.
Handled very well by service attendant.
I was able to get in the day my car started acting up and the best part was they had a loaner available so I was never without a car. DeAndre and the service dept. kept me informed along the way and I had my car back the next day.
I brought my car in for an oil change. Wyatt helped me. He was awesome. The video from the service tech was interesting. The car was washed for me. I feel that the customer service is top notch.
Don’t know what I would do without Cadillac service and of course DeAndre! thank you once again for your amazing service and help

Morrie's replaced a damaged interior trim panel on my wife's new XT5 quickly and without any hassles. They worked with another local dealer to get the needed parts while I was there so I didn't have make another trip back after parts were ordered and delivered. This saved me time and was greatly appreciated.

Great service. Service rep Alexsandra was extremely professional and communication was spot on.
Derek is just the BEST!!! He takes such good care of me. He tells me what my car needs for maintenance. My vehicle engine runs super and i beleive its from him knowing what to do, as the miles add up. He is always so friendly and I appreciate his kindness. I will never go to anyone but him. I totally trust his advice.

My Cadillac Vistiq was taken to the dealership for service on February 10, 2026 due to a malfunction with the Super Cruise feature. The system would not initiate lane changes or perform commanded lane changes, which is a core function of the system.
The vehicle remained at the dealership from February 10 through March 5, totaling approximately 21 days out of service for diagnosis and repair. During this time, the dealership replaced several components including the front windshield, front camera, and additional related sensors associated with the Super Cruise system. Headlight assembly cover was cracked. They replaced it in less than the estimated time, and sent a video from the technician who worked on it. I was called and advised as soon as it was done.
