Everything seemed great until the end; they kind of dropped the ball. I love the fact that they sent me a video of the inspection on my vehicle and everything like that. nice people. took literally 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle despite having an appointment. my advice would be to stop focusing so much on selling upgrades: gap insurance, rust protection etc. and focus more on listening to the customer when they say “i don’t want to buy anything other than the car….” that could have saved at least 30 minutes. i was also forced to purchase some silly windshield bs for $400 in order to get my car. kind of embarrassing for a cadillac dealership… again nice people who are obviously forced to try to upsell. sad really…

Just bought used 2021 Bolt EV Premier that GM had bought back and then put a new battery in. It came with a new warranty on the battery and a year’s bumper to bumper warranty. They had the best deal within 500 miles of my home. In fact took a Greyhound into Minneapolis where Brittany from Morrie’s picked my nephew and I up. He was able to get us the paperwork we needed to make the deal happen. We showed up and were up and going in our car after 45 minutes. Service work was great and Ed was great. It just takes so long for payment and checkouts. This has been the case a few times now. I think I was there 30 min just o pay and get my truck out and I called and let them know I would be there too.

Horribly incompetent people to deal with. Not only did it take days to obtain info about a vehicle for sale but they refused to ship the vehicle to my residence located in another state. When I sourced my own transport, they refused to allow them access to pick it up. One of the salesmen named Christian was as slow as a sloth. Don't waste your time, they are completely incompetent and could care less if they gain your business or not.
